I’m Nicky. I ran seven Cold Hut sites blind to all of this, and it ended up costing me. Not only money: sleep, and the strain it put on my relationships.
The information you need is scattered across manuals, regulations, insurers and suppliers, and when you are focused on getting people through the door it gets missed. I came to learn it is the most important part of all.
We built this system for our own seven sites. Now we are helping other operators run theirs, from our mistakes rather than their own.

The ones we get asked.
Is this only for Cold Hut huts?
No. ThermaCare was built running Cold Hut’s own recovery huts in gyms across the UK, then opened up. Any ice bath, sauna, shower or recovery room operator can use it; the equipment catalogue and legal register are shared, your data is yours alone.
My staff are not technical.
They open one page, Today, and tap through a checklist written in plain English with the manufacturer’s instructions attached. A 7am text tells them what is due; a 7pm text nudges if the day was not submitted.
Do you give legal advice?
No. We show you which frameworks apply, what each one expects, and whether your own records satisfy it today - and we watch the source legislation for changes. Decisions stay with you and your professional advisers.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Your card is charged for the plan you chose, monthly, cancel any time. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. Your data is kept safe either way.
How is my data protected?
Every organisation is walled off, files are private and served through short-lived links, everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, and every sign-in and change is in your audit log. Read the Security and your data article in the help centre.
