Alerts
What each alert type means, how it reaches you, and acknowledging it.
Alerts are raised automatically, once per event, by a sweep that runs every five minutes. Each appears in the Alerts page and on your avatar, is emailed to admins who opted in, and the urgent ones are texted.
- No submission: 22:00 site time passed without the day being submitted.
- Out of range: a water test failed and no in-range retest was logged within 60 minutes.
- Overdue task: a weekly, fortnightly or monthly task is more than 2 days past its slot.
- Certification due: 60 days out, 14 days out, and overdue. Documents with an expiry date use the same stages.
- Fault open: a high-severity fault open over 24 hours, or any fault over 7 days.
- Warranty due: a manufacturer service within 14 days (or overdue), or a warranty expiring within 30 days.
Acknowledge an alert when you have dealt with it. Unacknowledged alerts of some types (long-open faults, overdue tasks) count against the legal position until they are cleared.
