What ThermaCare does

The operating system for recovery rooms: a daily checklist for staff, and compliance, legal, warranty and reporting for the people who run them.

ThermaCare runs the maintenance of recovery rooms - ice baths, saunas, showers, air conditioning, doors and locks - at one location or across many. Staff on the ground get a simple checklist each day. Admins get the picture: what was done, what was missed, what is due, which regulation is at risk and why.

The two halves

• Work: what happens every day. Staff open Today, work through the arrival jobs and then each asset in turn (each ice bath, the sauna, the shower), log water tests, raise faults and submit the day. Admins watch it on the dashboard and planner.
• Governance: what has to be true for the rooms to be run lawfully and safely. Certifications, warranties, the legal register, equipment suitability and the knowledge base. Nothing here creates work for staff - it reads the work layer and shows where something outstanding leaves you exposed.

• Organisation section: Notifications shows who gets each email and text per location, with switches to turn each person on or off, extra addresses per location, and one switch to pause everything.
