Water tests and retests

Logging free chlorine and pH, what "in range" means, and what to do when it is not.

The chill tub needs a water test every day. Enter free chlorine (mg/l) and pH; the panel turns green when both are in range and red when either is out.

Out of range

1. The tub must not be used until a retest passes.
2. Dose per the manufacturer's instructions, wait 15 minutes, and log a retest - the app links it to the failed test.
3. If no in-range retest is logged within 60 minutes, the admins get an alert (and a text if they opted in).
